Portside Freight Terminals Limited, established in 2004, is a leading provider of cargo handling and freight services in East Africa. Located just 1 km from Mombasa Port, our 10-acre facility includes a 90,000 sq. ft Container Freight Station (CFS) for handling containerized, non-containerized, and bulk cargo, including fertilizers, steel, and agricultural exports.
We also specialize in bulk cargo, motor vehicle storage, container stripping, and transit cargo management. With a 165,000 sq. ft Transit Shed (Shed 7/8) and on-site customs clearance, we ensure efficient cargo processing. Additionally, we have a specialized hopper and conveyor facility that can efficiently discharge dry bulk cargo at a rate of 6,000 metric tons per day from vessels docked at berths No. 7 & 8. These berths are equipped with independent railway lines for seamless loading and offloading processes.
